- It’s October which means it’s time for Sandburg’s annual Halloween Costume Contest happening on Monday, Oct. 31 from 12-1 p.m. in the Student Center! Check-in for the contest will start at 12 p.m., judging will begin at 12:30 p.m. Students may enter into one of three categories: Most Original, Best Duo/Group, or Best Halloween-Based Costume. Sandburg Employees may also enter the contest and compete for Crowd Favorite for the coveted 'Mummy' trophy! Please note: all masks/hats are not to be worn on campus except during the costume contest. Official costume contest rules can be found in the Office of Student Life, B 56.
